Please read all information on this page before proceeding to the registration process.


  • Current registration pricing is in place until July 27th.  Prices will increase thereafter.

  • Cancellation Policy:  Refund deadline is August 21, 2021 and there is a $35 cancellation fee.  Any other requests will be reviewed after the convention and refunded to the maximum extent possible.

  • Be sure you have enabled "redirects" in your browser as you will be leaving this site to enter the "Square" payment portal

  • There is a difference in fees for registrants and guests.  Our generous sponsors have donated funds that are directed to offsetting the costs for our convention registrants.

  • You may print out a paper copy of the registration and mail it to the registrar with your payment.

  • Questions regarding registration should be addressed to the convention registrar.

Full Convention Registration

Full Convention registrants are entitled to:

  • attend all speaker sessions

  • enter exhibits in the National Rose Show

  • view the National Rose Show following judging

  • receive a Convention favor bag

  • receive a Convention rose

Options available to you:

  • receptions (price is discounted through sponsorship)

  • meals (price is discounted through sponsorship)

  • workshops

  • garden tours


  1. You must complete a full-convention registration and payment for each person attending speaker sessions or workshops, or exhibiting in the National Rose Show. 

  2. Clicking the button below will present an electronic form to collect your personal information.

  3. The "submit" button will send you to the Square e-commerce website to select a la carte options and check out with a credit or debit card.

  4. Be sure you have enabled "redirects" in your browser.

  5. If you have had any previous transaction with Square e-commerce, it will recognize your email address.  


Guests are entitled to:

  • view the National Rose Show following judging

Options available to guests:

  • receptions (pricing is not discounted)

  • meals (pricing is not discounted)

  • garden tours

  1. Complete the "guest" personal information fields on the registration form

  2. Choose the appropriate guest options within the pay portal

Community Gardener Registration

A Community Gardener Registration entitles you to attend all speaker sessions on Saturday, September 11, attend the buffet lunch, and participate in the docent-led tours of the National Rose Show.  The Sunday and Monday garden tours are a la carte options.  You will also receive the complementary gifts as outlined on the Community Gardener Programming page.

Each individual participating in the community gardener programs must complete a separate registration form.
